Each and every product from enjoué is not only filled with wholesome ingredients, sourced with care, and they are made with utmost love and passion. All our pastries are hand-made and freshly baked daily with patience. Our products are made free from preservatives and other unnatural ingredients.

We believe that what fundamentally makes an artisan bake ‘artisanal’ is integrity. It’s about making choices about how the product is made; from the type of flour or butter we use, to the length of the fermentation process (we prefer longer fermentation so that the breads develop a unique flavour). And of course, our artisan bread is made using a natural starter (or levain); made with flour, water and salt, and is baked on the hearth – even if it is a hearthstone in a modern deck oven!
