All our products are hand-made and freshly baked daily with patience. Our products are made free from preservatives and other unnatural ingredients.
We believe that what fundamentally makes an artisan bread ‘artisanal’ is integrity. It’s about making choices about how the bread is made; from the type of flour we use, to the length of the fermentation process (we prefer longer fermentation so that the breads develop a unique flavour). And of course, our artisan bread is made using a natural starter (or levain); made with flour, water and salt, and is baked on the hearth – even if it is a hearthstone in a modern deck oven!
